My order was swapped for something completely different that was not in stock. When I looked to see what the replacement was online it was significantly cheaper than what I had originally paid for. When I initially called I was told they could make swaps for flowers that were not in season and that they were supposed to reach out to make sure this was ok. I never received a phone call or an email. Graceland ultimately credited me the difference of the 2 floral arrangements but I was not pleased with the concept of swapping without permission. Keep this in mind when you are ordering...
